Dr. Sims is one of the strangest doctors I've ever seen. I was referred to him for an assessment test for carpal tunnel. During the test the conversation was often fractured and erractic - jumping from one subject to another and nothing to do with the test. Things ended abruptly, but as he headed out the door, he turned back and said, \I like your socks.\ It was bizarre and I wouldn't recommend this 'doctor' to anyone. I don't know how he has a license to practice.

I found Doctor Sims to be very professional and explained everything he was doing and everything he found

Shocking, dangerous experience. I can't believe this doctor still has a license. I had brain scan tests and was referred to Dr. Ron Sims. He would not give me the report. He said it was brain scarring and inconclusive. When my family member and I started asking questions such as \what does brain scarring mean\ and \what does inconclusive mean?\ and \what else needs to be done?\, he answered othing\ and walked out of the room. I asked for the report. I was told I could not get it. Finally, many months later, I was able to get a copy of my test results. The scan shows I have a serious, progressively terminal brain condition which could put me on the path of MS, stroke, dementia and death. I had already had strokes, and the findings indicated that. Dr. Sims saw this on the report, and didn't mention the condition to me, even though the condition was written clearly on the report and I clearly asked what the findings indicated. He did not offer any further followup or referral to another doctor for this very serious condition. Instead, he say \inconclusive\ and walked out of the room without answering questions or providing me with the report that he had. As this brain condition continued to produce increasingly painful and life altering symptoms, I requested the full report. Over a year has gone by with this condition untreated, even though Dr. Sims could clearly read the condition indicated on the report by the MD who read my brain scan (the report clearly indicates the findings). Avoid this man who still, somehow, has a license to be in business as a doctor.

I was referred to this doctor for conductive nerve test. Prior to my appointment my normal doctor told me to talk to doctor Sims regarding my CPAP machine. When the test was finished on my nerves, I had let his nurse know I was going to call Dr Martin's office before I left just to make sure everyone was on the same page and there was no further miscommunication between the two doctors regarding the CPAP. I had my doctor on the phone as I walked out of his exam room and dr. Sims literally was shoving me out the exit to the waiting room as he told me well we've already discussed this and close the door to the waiting area in my face as I turned around to explain my phone call to my family doctor. Even though the older lady in the waiting room looked extremely surprised to see doctor Sims literally closing the door on me well I was talking to him. I have never ever had any doctor treat me like doctor Sims just did. How can a doctor keep his job and license when he physically pushes people out the exit when he's done with the appointment? I heard from others that he's been the same way to them and treat everyone this way that they've seen. I will be making a phone call to corporate.
