They changes their business model in every six months. Founders don't know in which direction they need to look forward as they are money minded, so the only thing matters to them is money through whatever way. People who are good in \buttering\, can stay their till retirement. There are few people in the hierarchy who do whatsoever to save their own jobs. When it comes to need they hire people in bulk and then they fire them in bulk too. Communication between bosses and employee, they manipulate whatever best they can. There are so many things which aren't been told to the employees. Sooner or later they'll turn up in to a call center.
