Lovely staff, kind and helpful. We’ve had so many full English breakfasts over the years, definitely one of our favourite places to go for it

Asked for my 27.99 T Bone Steak medium rare and it definitely was over that. And for that much it really should come with a sauce of your choice. Delicious chips mind you. And I’ve not been too harsh with the rating because I didn’t complain about the food so they didn’t have a chance to put it right. I didn’t fancy making a fuss or them wasting my big steak. Good distancing measures. Overpriced in my opinion - but I was not paying

The staff were 5/5 when I went late in the evening the staff were lovely and it was service with a smile at all times. However when I went in the morning I was shocked at how short staffed they were and apparently this is not an uncommon issue here, it was a completely packed out breakfast and they were working so hard but there simply was not enough of them and were getting complaints left right and centre over issues which were just out of their control. This is very irresponsible of whoever is managing this place and put staff in unnecessary stress when they were clearly working at 100% constantly rushing around and not a second of a chance to breathe, we had to wait 35 to be seated too, fortunately they were strong willed enough to keep it together, many people would have just given up at that point.

We visited on Wednesday lunch time. The food was ok but it took a long time. They usually do a lunch for 5 but we noticed that they had put the prices up. With the eat out to help out plan we were paying what we usually paid. I feel that this is not in the spirit of the government campaign as they raised the prices so that taking into account the half price deal they would still be making the same money.

Sat out the back, which is a strange secluded place surrounded by buildings & a roaring air-conditioning unit. The decking and picnic tables out there needed a bit of love, but was nice to be a out of the shade & away from the noisy carpark & main road. Had a Caesar salad, which was decent. Chap brought our food out, then explained cutlery was back near the bar, which he'd walked past. Had to awkwardly walk back in the same direction with him to fetch some.
