Only come here for work related NSBRC show from time to time. So far experience has been brilliant, food is tasty and on time. Staff is friendly and professional. Been served by Sam on most of the occasions and can say she is an outstanding member of stuff with lovely bubbly personality and positive attitude. Will be coming again and would recommend to anyone who is wanting good food and fab time.

Came here for lunch as staying over the road at the holiday Inn, starters was loaded potato skins with bacon, spring onions and cheese, & buttermilk chicken gougons, mains we both had the double bacon and cheese burger, we both asked for bacon well done which they did, all food was well cooked, and nicely presented, dessert was a black forest sundae& a chocolate churros sundae, which were both good. As I always say when reviewing a beefeater get a loyalty card, we used ours for 2 free starters, & 2 free desserts, & saved 23, takes a while to build the points up, but well worth it, because with a couple of pints, glass of wine & a refillable pepsi it was still 43, for what is essentially pub grub, albeit good pub grub.

Devoid of atmosphere and food warm at best. Went for a birthday breakfast with family. The orders were brought out incorrectly and items missing. Considering how quiet it was, the staff were not attentive. Made the Dockle Wetherspoons look good!

Went at 7:30am after a night shift at work. Pleasant greeting from staff and food was delivered swiftly. Instructions were brief and precise which is nice. Unlimited drink and as big a breakfast as you want. Great

What d'you expect from a chain. It seemed to be the only place open at 8am for breakfast, so we went, not expecting much. We were right. Mushrooms were oily (why not cook them in butter, they're 100% nicer), the beans were overdone (almost impressive, that), there was no black pudding, and the bacon was disappointing. The \premium\ sausages were better than the usual fare at cheap breakfasts, to be fair, and the coffee was nice (apparently), albeit squirted out of a machine. But hey, we did choose to go to a Beefeater, so maybe it's silly to expect nice food.
