Very disappointed, we only lost our dear dad in Jan this year, we planted two miniature roses and his fave flower a purple petunia on fathers day, have been down regularly to water. when i visited on Sunday 12th all had been removed, even a painted stone with dads name on had gone. There was a notice pinned to nearby post stating all plants etc were going to be removed beginning of August but ours have gone already giving us no time to do it ourselves. All of us very upset to this disregard of feelings.

think these people are utterly discusting & dissrespectful had my mum cremated and ashes burried here, ive put stones, flower holders, planted flowers, and a mixture of other things to which has all be removed each time ive placed them down, not impressed wont be having anymore family members cremated here, its like they want you to visit and stare at the turf!! sort this out

Amazing. Peaceful. Two visits recently. Lovely auditorium with large glass view to garden.

The gardens are full of rubbish paper cups etc..I left a piece of wood with the number 13 on it to mark where my family are suppose to be resting ..there was an understanding that this wouldn’t be removed as the crematorium wouldn’t foot the bill for a number to be place on the bush ..this has been removed and replaced by a plastic bottle..I had an enquiry while mr Clarke was the superintendent because it came to light there was a possibility my brothers ashes were put in the wrong place this was very upsetting ..hardly any places are marked...I had an encounter with two rude groundsmen today ...I wish my family wasn’t in an awful uncaring place
