I can’t speak for how this place is not during covid times but they are dangerously negligent here. The staff is disorganized and unhelpful to patients. I observed many people asking for help or directions while waiting to be seen and the staff just scoffed them aside. Some of these people were old and had trouble communicating and the staff just used that as an excuse to walk away because they had trouble advocating for themselves. I came in with complications from a concussion and they kicked me out without ever letting me speak to a doctor. They of course put me in a room so they could charge my insurance but they just put a flashlight in my eyes and told me that I’m fine without doing anything else. I ended up in a better emergency room 2 days later and they told me I definitely should have come in and needed to be seen. The people working in the emergency department here should be deeply ashamed of themselves. They are the people that are at the front lines of medical emergencies and instead act like that is a reason to neglect and disrespect the people asking them for help. I can’t imagine how many people have been harmed by their complete negligence.

Rochelle PA was an amazing doctor in the emergency room... She genuinely seems like she cared for me and actually seem like she loved her job and her patients!! Very nice doctor ... Just wish my pain would go away but I like how she asked a lot of questions to be informed So she said she can assess everything better! I give her 10 stars and a raise.

I gave birth here 2 times no issues perfect. My car broke down they got me a taxi right away. The ER restrooms may be nasty. But I'm here right now n the services are quick and changing

This place is TERRIBLE! I brought my grandmother in who had a slip in the shower and hit her head. They did the work up but her care stopped because a “trauma” came in. These people are so dismissive. So had my grandmother’s head injury been worse who knows what would have happened because a “trauma” came in so they put a pause on her care. I didn’t know that the entire ER staff had to focus on the trauma. BTW in the time that she was here I only seen 5 people brought in ambulances and 4 of the 5 were still conscious and walking.
