Just stay away! Seriously this hospital is a nightmare. Visited a friend here after surgery and was shocked about the „experience“. Doctor and medical staff gave wrong diagnosis and if that’s not enough they were super arrogant. The rooms are as basic as it gets with some equipment that is recalled in other countries. Found bugs in the food. Are you kidding me? Whoever is responsible for this hospital should be FIRED immediately. PURE IGNORANCE!!!

Brought our friend to this God forsaken place after calling for an ambulance 6 times. He was very Ill with terrible vomiting and pooing. Very dehydrated and could keep nothing down Took from 1am to 10am for him to be treated and from 10am to 5pm for him to have his 'consultation' so he could pay. We would have just left but they refused to take his IV out.The entire process took 16 and no other patient had to wait nearly this long. We highly suspect that he was treated this way because he was foreign. No compassion and no care! Stay far away Was also no soap or toilet paper in toilet
DO NOT GO!! HORRIBLE PLACE, POOR PRACTICES. Blood on the floor in the toilet when I was told to go there to take a Urine sample. Doctors are rude and it is not sanitary. English is not spoken here by most of the doctors/nurses. They asked if I wanted painkillers and I said NO and during my blood sample they shot me up with painkillers anyways and left the needle in my arm. I didn't know what it was for since they didn't speak english until I started to feel high from the drugs and then they told me \painkiller\ and I told them to take it out.
Was appalled how my daughter was treated here this week. She was treated like a second class citizen. We arrived in krakow and ended up here 3 hours later, she spent 3 days here under their \care\ She was really ill and to be honest they didn't care at all. Kicked out at 8am on the day we were travelling home to ireland on a 3 hour flight without a second thought to the fact if she was well enough to travel. Those urses\ should never be dealing with people... I was shouted at for bringing supplies into her, shouted at for leaving her bedside to find a nurse.. i cant give out enough....STAY WELL AWAY
Stay away from this place. Use a private clinic if you can.
Worst treatment I have ever seen in a hospital would never even recommend this hospital to my worst enemy terrible attitude little to no patient care and if you are not polish they would treat you much worse than any hospital there is
Drodzy Państwo nie jedźcie na SOR Szpitala Uniwersyteckiego chyba, że chcecie umrzeć w poczekalni! Daje 1 gwiazdkę bo mniej się nie da.... Pielęgniarka kwalifikacyjna obrażona i wydarła się na mnie i męża że przyjechaliśmy do nich i dała mi kolor niebieski czyli 12 h czekania a ja miałam od przebudzenia się rano niedowład lewej strony ciała bez możliwości samodzielnego poruszania się! Głowa mnie przy tym bolała od paru tyg to pielęgniarka stwierdziła, że to nie jest sprawa nagła... Siedziałam na wózku inwalidzkim a oni stwierdzili, że nie wymagam leczenia w SOR!!! Zrezygnowałam z SOR na Jakubowskiego i pojechałam do innego szpitala gdzie się mną przejęli i przyjęli na oddział gdzie zdiagnozowano u mnie stan zapalny mózgu i opon mózgowo-rdzeniowych... NIE POLECAM SOR na Jakubowski!!!
Dziękuję bardzo za przyjęcie mojej siostry z nowotworem w dniu dzisiejszym do Waszego szpitala na podział wewnętrzny ... Jesteście wspaniali.. Dziekuje Pani oddziałowej z soru, lekarzom i całemu zespołowi na oddziale wewnętrznym.... Jesteście aniołami.
