Given them one star is too generous. From the insentive remarks behind my back, to the rude comments to my face to the audacity of judging my choice in how to dress. (was simply wearing a tank top under my t-shirt). This was the worst experience of my life. See pictures for complete review! It was too long to post.

This was my first time here. I came in for tachycardia, edema in the lower extremities, SOB, and light chest pain. I was concerned that I was having CHF so wanted to be seen right away. I literally walked up, was triaged instantly and was taken right in to see a doctor who immediately ordered and administered an EKG and echocardiogram. No waiting whatsoever! That right there is worth 5 stars! They also began to run a myriad of other tests and kept me in observation for a couple hours. My only reason for not giving the full 5 stars; One - they didn't ask me for all of the medications I take. Two - they never found a solution to the alarming symptoms I was experiencing. On a good note, they did determine I did not have CHF! That was my main concern. However, still no explanation for the swelling and why my heart rate has been very elevated (even when taking medication to lower heart rate). I do feel better that everything checked out fine and I did receive excellent care!

Please get rid of the staff - very unprofessional. I wish I could rank them negative!

For a teaching hospital the medical staff does not value basic respect and professionalism. I waited for 12 hours for results. The security guard is extremely disrespectful! Horrible experience!!

My boyfriend was taken by ambulance and I called an hour later to see how he was doing the girl who answer said I can’t give you any lab info first of all never did I ask for lab info I simply asked how is he doing? I asked her to write down my number so they could contact me when he gets released... when my boyfriend called me to pick him I went and had to wait over 25 minutes for him to be released. When I asked the nurse from outside she said I’ll go check she sat down was talking for 15 mins after almost 20 mins of waiting for an answer she says to me he is being discharged just wait. So I waited after he comes out walking no where chair to assist him after he had 2 seizures that lasted 4 minutes the nurse who took him out said you don’t need a wheel chair you are now doped up you won’t have another seizure. He gets major headaches and really dizzy that could lead to him falling
