Ended up in the ER with my 5 yr old after she busted her chin open at swim practice yesterday evening and I just have to say our experience was fantastic! My daughter was absolutely terrified of getting stitches but everyone who cared for her really took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe. I was SO impressed!! She didn't even have to take the extra meds to calm her nerves. The ER physician assistant Jennifer made her feel at ease the entire time. A huge shout out to PA Jennifer, Triage RN Ashley, RN Peggy and CA Pablo! Thank you thank you for taking great care of my girl and for also keeping me in one piece! :)

Don’t waste your time here. 4hr waiting came due to a unknown allergic reaction, i have to wait an hour for vitals and additional 45 mins to have some medication. Arrived at 8:17pm is 12:02am and still waiting. Disrespectful.

We were checked, in a room and talking to an actual doctor in 30 minutes, which is a new record for me. However we won’t use this ER again due to the dangerous lack of communication amongst the staff. It was obvious that none of the nurses/techs/doctors talked to each other. We had to tell each one individually about a previous ER visit three days ago, including medication prescribed then that was relevant to this visit. We were there for a high fever and the nurse never knew when or if the tech had been in to check his temperature and the nurse never checked it herself, the end result being that the nurse and doctor had no idea what his temp was unless we told them. The doctor didn’t know if or when the nurse had given the prescribed medications. And when we were leaving they couldn’t even tell us what time medications had been given so we knew when to give the next dosage. Not surprisingly there was nearly a complete lack of communication with us as well. When I asked questions everyone seemed annoyed and I didn’t get a whole lot of real answers. I simply wouldn’t feel safe bringing my family back to this ER.

Went in for extreme dehydration after 5 days of stomach flu. I was puking as they wheeled me back. I had vomit all over my face and the nurse refused to give me a towel to clean my face because they wanted to take vitals. The towel dispenser was less than 2 feet from the bed. So I crawled around the jerk and got my own towel as I puked again. Then, it started coming out the other end, so I ran to the bathroom which had no TP. There was also blood all over the seat but it was an extreme emergency and I had no choice than to hover... I took care of myself with paper towels and told the nurse of the issues with RR when I came out. An hour later, I had to use the restroom again and they still hadn’t gotten TP or cleaned it so I had to stagger halfway across the ER to another restroom. This happened 2 more times and they never replaced the TP or cleaned the toilet. Also, as I waited for treatment, I could overhear the gaggle of nurses talking and making fun of patients that they had seen. Then they started talking about sex toys. Next time I’ll just die of dehydration. Complete unprofessionalism and lack of compassion. You took an oath, A-Holes!!!
