The teachers care about our well-being, are friendly, strict when they need to be and some of them are inspirational. Every student is included and looked after and nearly every student is kind and a delight to meet. I couldn't ask for a better school. I come to school every day thrilled to be there because I'm going be fascinated by what some my teachers have to say, I'm going to learn and I'm going to laugh. The opportunities they have at this school are so worth while too. And for the record - if a kid wants to learn, they're going to and the teachers here are so supportive, so don't listen to that person down the bottom about universities because this is a perfect school for a determined student to get into a good university. It doesn't matter if you go to the best school in the world, you still have to try to be able to excel. It doesn't just happen. And well, in my opinion, Elwood is the best school in the world. I am so proud to be a student at this school, and these years at this school I know will be some of the happiest of my entire life.

Teachers are incredible, students are lovely. This school makes me so happy. There is so much compassion at this school and we learn like lil Einsteins.

I Absolutely regret coming to this school. by far the worst desicion ever. I am beyond glad i've finished, good riddance. They dont handle sitations in an responsible manner, especially if you have mental health issues. I have been placed in so much pain from the ignorance of my issues by telling me that i cannot graduate due to my circimstances, I felt like i was trapped, uncomfortable, this increased so much stress to the point i wanted to drop out. it was so hard to go through everyday in an environment that is not welcomed or liberating. The staff were awful, some even two faced (apart from one lovely teacher i had). I, however still managed to get to school everyday since attandance was compulsory, but i didnt go to any events where the attendance was not major..therfore i didnt go to my graduation which was disapointing yet i did anything in my guts to avoid the school. i literally cried in joy once the last day took place. now, looking or even thinking about the school gives me anxiety. anyways, in addition, i did make two really good friends and i did manage to finish and enter my first degree preference, which is going well. so, would i recommend this school? BIG NO did i get something out of it? yes, to understand that no one can dictate what you are capable of but yourself :)

This is a good school. The teachers are lovely and are extremely helpful when you ask for help. Some of the teachers are incredible role models and absolutely inspirational, with articulate speeches and intriguing things to say in class. They will certainly try to solve a problem if you have one and are strict when they have to be too. We learn a lot at this school (if you pay attention in class)! Otherwise, how DO you expect to learn anything? If you still don't understand what to do, ask for help politely. If a teacher refuses to help you it's probably because you've asked them without any respect or manners.
