I have been doing small group training with Nicole for at least 8 years. When she trains she really cares about me and my body. She adjusts training to accommodate any problems I have. Her first question is how are you feeling today. She also gives nutritional advice when I ask. She helps with all my aches and pains, I feel so much better today with her help. I feel so much stronger and happier about my body. She mixes up what we do and equipment we use so you never know what she might have in mind but you get a total workout. Even though I am in a small group I feel I am getting personal training.

If you want results, if you want to be the strongest you can be, if you want to be challenged, this is the place to be! In over 7 years of training with Adam, I have never done the same workout twice. I'm stronger and more fit at 58 than I ever have been. I grew up riding horses, playing multiple sports and generally enjoying the outdoors and plan to keep doing so as long as possible. Working with Adam at Elevate makes that possible. Whether it's small group or personal training (I do both), he will push you to be the best you can be!
