I can’t say enough good about Emily and the Kempthorn team. I met Emily at the 2020 Auto Show when I was interested in a Jaguar. She was so friendly and informative that I made a mental note of the dealership she was with. Fast forward to later in the year I decided on purchasing a Mercedes and was pleased that there was a Kempthorn Mercedes dealership as well. I reached out via the website and began communicating with Emily not knowing it was who I had met months prior. Customer Service was still great so I scheduled a test drive even though I lived an hour away. When I arrived for the test drive I realized this was the same friendly sales rep I had met months prior. Everything worked out great, the vehicle I decided on was everything I was looking for. Emily was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, very kind and made for an amazing buying experience. The service received was well worth the drive. She and Eric (F&I) were available for any question or concern I had. Extremely pleased with my experience with the entire Kempthorn team and will definitely be a returning customer.

This time, my sales person was John. What a fantastic sales person! This was my first purchase of a Mercedes.... John was so informative and knowledgeable, and incredibly patience as he shared his knowledge with me regarding all the details of the car! I’m still learning all the particulars of my new vehicle, but John has even followed up to offer further assistance should I need it!
