The cable picture often pixels or drops completely. The internet needs to be reset quite often. I called in about it and the agent just said yes we are aware of it. He did not offer an explanation or a fix. Nore did he offer an compensation. I switched to the highest package and it doesn't work nearly as well as the last one did. I wouldn't recommend using their services.

Shaw (as a whole) has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Our business internet has been so slow for the past month that it makes it impossible to do any work without major complications. I have phoned in 3 days in a row and have told them our internet is not functioning, they say they'll get a tech to call, but then no one ever calls. I would suggest no one use Shaw if they have any other choices for internet in their area, because they just really don't care about their customers in any way, and they aren't afraid to show it.
If i could give no stars i would. Pay three months in advance and still get the worst glitchy tv service and slow internet when its not glitching out too!
