Called to make sure I had correct place as I just moved to the area. The man answering said yes it was correct place and told me everything I needed to bring. He asked if I was on the way, I said yes. I drove 45 minutes and the woman at the counter said we are busy and are not taking walk ins. The man never said I needed an appointment. I cannot ask off early another day from a new job.

The staff was great and the wait time was not very long. I was amazed with how nice the staff were, we moved to Alabama and have been amazed. Thank you Tammy for making this painless.

I was able to make an appointment to get a new license. This was so awesome I was in and out. Everyone was kind, friendly and very professional.
Everyone here was absolutely nice and professional , I cannot see how their rating is so low I was in and out because I brought all required documents. My examiner I forgot his name I know it starts with a T was extremely nice but professional, I think he realized how nervous I was before we got started so he told me to relax and get comfortable and in less than a minute I forgot I was doing a driving test. I followed all his instructions and he corrected me on two things I got wrong, I really appreciated how he made my test a breeze by not making me feel extremely nervous like I was when I got there. People just make your appointments so it is also easier for them too they have to deal with appointments, plus walk ins Along with answering the phones and remember they are human beings too they can only do as much as you can do with yourselves also.
