Have tried calling to make an appointment for over a week and no one answers the phone. Let it ring for over 30 minutes one attempt
They're quick, I'll give them that. However, the attitude is completely uncalled for! The lady in booth 1 must really hate life, especially the part where we all have to go to work every day. If I hated my job so much, I'd find a new calling... When you're dealing with the public, personality goes a long way!!! Not everyone you come in contact with is a low life, piece of dirt... So how about treating others as you want to be treated?!
Waited two hours cause the place was full. People from statesville and Rowan county comes here. Why does the dmv allow people to go to other counties. There was only two people working and boy they were working hard. Phone kept ringing while i was at their desk. This office in taylorsville needs more staff bad especially if they are going to let just anyone come here..
