Great experience with the staff. Both Heidi and Cal were awesome. Highly recommend visiting them in the Haltom City location.

I like the expediency of this place. You will get all you need for your CDL physical in this one stop place. As of 2021, the price is 70. & the customer service is nice from all staff that work there.

Extremely Unprofessional!!! They will have your blood pressure results Too High!!! Don't risk your exam results with that office. The office assistants don't care what they're doing. The Dr. doesn't speak english and shouldn't be working. If you're going to pay for it, go somewhere Else!!!

There was a Dr who flagged someone for color blindness even tho he was able to distinguish between colors and handled 8 years of driving and 4 years of driving trucks without a ticket due to this minor problem. Even after proving himself he was capable of driving perfectly fine (he drove for the military, has his regular license and got his cdl without a problem) the Dr still decided to flag him. Unfair. If the military cleared him to drive for them then it shouldn't be a problem bc frankly the military has an upmost standard for their soldiers. Not just anybody can join. This Dr woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to ruin a father of 3 career. So don't go here at all.
