I visited this facility for a drug test and DOT physical. It was prompt and very professional. Everyone made sure someone has been assisting you. It is well kept place. Doctor Sheffield is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She made it all simple and I was out of there in no time whatsoever. All the pre-results were good.

Appointment was made for 10:00 am 45 minutes later I'm seen now 30 minutes more still waiting to get out . Over booked appointments don't mean a thing

Front desk staff was rude and I was not even greeted when I came in. No smiles. My appointment was at 8:30am, first person in the clinic, and still was not taken back until 9:15 after asking twice why it was taking so long. Turns out they put my paper in the wrong place and they didnt notice I was skipped by at least 5 other people. The clinical staff, however, were wonderful! Specifically, Lenaida and Janet were so sweet and informative! Just wish the front registration provided a better patient experience.

Worse than the DMV. Rude representatives and unprofessional. If I have to ever take another test here, I will pass on the job. They stand around while you are waiting to be seen.. slow and just did not value my time. I will NEVER return here.

I wish I could give 6 stars. I work in HR and it is truly amazing how fast the results come in. No more waiting around for 3 weeks for past accident results! I wish they had more locations for our other offices.

Would recommend Dr.Sheffield and her staff to anyone who needs any medical help. Her staff is very knowledgeable and professional. There were NO rush or hurried to get in and out. They took there time to make sure to diagnosis my problem, which was pulled a muscle in my back. Within a few days, I was back to doing the things I enjoy doing. If every medical facility was like Dr.Sheffield and her staff, the medical industry would be a pleasure to come to. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with her and her staff....
