Long wait times. Don't fill meds when they are called in. \Lost\ meds that were called in. And they're more expensive than other pharmacies.
Had a great experience at first but slowly the customer service dwindled. Julie was always helpful and kind. Jennifer, not so much. Our last interaction she told me that I might need to find another pharmacy to fill my DME needs, after I questioned the length of time it took to file claims with BCBS. She thought I wouldn’t be able to find a supplier who could file in a timely manner. Guess what? I found one who files in less than a week and doesn’t create a backlog of claims for me to monitor. Thanks for pushing me in that direction, Jennifer. I’ve taken over 9,000 in business elsewhere.
