Give him a minus star if it were possible. Consider him a BULLY in the truest sense of the word. Screams at people, disallows them to speak while threatening to send them to jail if they do, completely oversteps judicial behavior boundaries of giving people the right to their day in court. Mt Lebanon's own Judge Judy in man's robes. Shameful behaviors.

Not a fair judge by any means. Avoid at all costs- briefly reviews your file and comes to hasty decisions without doing the homework and asking questions. He screwed me out of 10K from a shady homeowner who hid a major defect in the home, admitted she was aware of it and blatantly didn't list it as a defect in the disclosure. Maybe because she \looked\ innocent, blonde and played dumb. Her husband, who lived with her played stupid as well. I had a hidden franken fusebox from 1910 in the home, and both pretended the electrical was updated and did not disclose in the disclosure. You couldn't even run a blow dryer and this fuse powered 75% of the home. On a modest special education teacher's salary, I will be biting this one for years. No justice and I have lost faith in people.
