This magistrate judge is heartless. I have had a clean driving record for 11 years and I'm disabled so I can't work more than 1 day a week. He cost me a whole month's income for a traffic ticket! Didn't even reduce the fine, considering my clean record and desperate dire financial situation. Absolutely heartless.
