Very sad first time in at cedar park location no help at all ,you push the call button in the dressing room ,she comes over I'm telling her what I need ,she tries to scan it ,says I'm new I said can you call someone over she just stood there . I was just needing another pair of pants I asked the manager a question, he didn't help either ,I explained she needs to be trained better shes just standing around if she cant go get an item for someone or find an answer for a customer that's bad customer service. I did talk to the manager with no better out come needs to be more training in this store

ALL the sports under one roof! Good selection in shoes but the employees don't seem trained to know much about them, they are friendly though. We were looking for running shoes and they were out of our sizes in almost every shoe we requested. Prices seem average and it's a clean store. Very convenient that it's attached to Field and Stream, we enjoyed perusing in both stores. Location is really good and convenient to other shops!

If you are not able to keep your store in check, do not let the costumer pay for it. Situation: I needed hiking sticks and I found a good pair for a good price, so I thought. The polls was hanging on a fixture that said 58. It was the last pair. So I took them and paid 82. And I said there must be something wrong because the price ticket on the display said 58.And she said its not her fault when costumers hang the stuff on the wrong thing. REALLY? The last time I checked, it the job of the employees to check if everything has a price tag, is on the right spot or not. And if you idem has no price tag, how can I know its the wrong price. Because my husband does not like to be embarrassed, special in front of a line of people, he paid the price. I would say, you should be nice and give it to the price which was on the display. She completely stopped talking when I recommend that, because that is what a GOOD STORE would do. I think I will bring them back.

Terrible customer service and rude employees. Better prices at Academy. Take your business elsewhere.

Cool place with good selection of sporting goods. They have some real nice wildlife exhibits too. The fish bait section is probably one of the best I've seen in a long time. There are some decent sales and specials that often run. Be sure to get the loyalty points for coupons...it's called Scorecard.
