This is an excellent facility that my son has been going to for years. All of the instructors take the time to teach the proper way to get the most out of each exercise. I highly recommend Elite Sports Performance!

I've belonged to the Elite Adult Program for almost one year. I cannot say enough about how great of a place this is. After belonging to gym after gym and trying many home workouts, I have finally found a place that I makes me WANT to go week after week. I have never stuck with something so long and I am in the best shape of my life. Bobby is knowledgeable and supportive and pushes each person to be the best that he/she can be. I consider my Elite Family some of my closest friends and I look forward to another year of working hard and feeling great! Give ELITE a try.....you'll love it!!!

This is such a great place for our son to focus on his baseball skills. The coaches are wonderful and he gets amazing one on one attention so that his batting and fielding skills can continue to advance. We highly recommend Elite!
A great place to workout and a great environment! I enjoy every workout and feel stronger and more confident in myself as each week passes. Overall, so far I’ve had a great time and definitely would recommend training here.
