I was almost hit by a car in the parking lot. I literally had to jump out of the way and screamed. The car that almost hit me actually backed into another parked car and drove off but I was able to snap a pic of their license plate. There was a Lieutenant sitting right by the door working inside the store and showed absolutely NO concern about the situation when me and a few other people explained whay had just happened. I mean NO concern. There was a worker that cut me off while I was talking to another worker and told me to wait a moment while she helped another customer. After a while I just walked off and when she finally caught up with me she just asked to take of the picture of the picture on my phone. She snapped the picture and walked off. No one asked anything else about it or me (Did I mention I'm 7 months pregnant?). The only reason why I give this review 3 stars instead of 1 is because the guys in the shoe dept were helpful.

Went in looking for a specific product. Was asked as soon as I walked in if I needed help. Showed them a picture of the product on my phone and was pointed in the right direction. Found what I was looking for immediately. Store was clean and organized. Employees had great customer service. Will definitely be back to this well kept and friendly store.

I hate asking for help in stores, but I asked where to find the Patagonia hats after rocking myself for 10 min. There were 5 associates standing in the front and they pointed where the brand was. I stated I had already looked there then they said they must only have beanies now. My husband found and entire display. They were all just standing around and seemed super inconvenienced. Then while I went to check out I watched as two associates laughed and bought snacks while I waited. Then Amaya motioned me to her area to check us out. She was great! Terrible experience. If I lived here I would recruit Amaya! Someone save her from that dysfunctional staff and management!

Terrible service. I ordered a basketball goal and 2 extra balls. The goal was good. They gave me 2 dirty mini basketballs. Never experienced this from any store. It was returned; however, 1( it should not have occurred and 2) staff tried to hesitate with the return and try to get me to mail it. Check your products and have pride you have a job. Surely you can represent the company better than this.
