Lots of employees in the store, and 1 at the cash registers. Implement self checkouts or get better at moving staff around. Or go out of business I guess.

Nice collection. Prompt answers to any questions on sporting gear, apparels etc.

This store is underwhelming and somewhat irrelevant. I have shopped here about six times in the last six months. I think every time except one I left without buying anything. Prices are typically high. Selection of sizes is very hit and miss. I have tried a couple of times to find shoes but can't get anything I want in my fairly average size. The licensed apparel and gear is lackluster. I've tried gift shopping but don't seem to be able to find anything gift worthy.

No thought to customer service, less than 10 customers in the store, 4 of them in line to purchase items and the one cashier is taking ten minutes to check-out one customer. Does not seem to care that all of his chatting is holding up the line and it caused me to drop my items and walk out. I am ok with the chatting if he would have called up a second cashier, but to ignore the growing line is disrespectful to customers

Used to be Sports Authority but is now Dick's Sporting Goods. Very large store, seems to be well-stocked. Was asked if I needed any help with anything right when I walked in. I noticed a few sales going on here and there, mostly on clothing.
