Officer Jackson came out today (on a Sunday!) to follow up on the bat in the boot incident my daughter Melody referenced in a recent post. We wanted to insure there wasn't a nest in our chimney. Fortunately, it seems to have been an isolated incident and the bat got in through another entry. Officer Jackson was patient, thorough, calming, and informative. He checked several areas and patiently answered our many questions. He was fabulous! Don't hesitate to call on him for help when faced with such a situation!

My family contacted the service when my mom discovered a bat in her boot when getting ready to go shovel snow. She spoke with Ron that evening who offered much needed advice and sent someone out the next morning to retrieve and test the bat for rabies. Lori, who picked up the bat, was efficient and soothing to a stressed out family, She even texted my mom to let her know when the bat arrived at the lab. Ron was very kind and empathetic when he called to let my mom know the bat was negative for rabies, a GREAT relief to all of us. we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your service to anyone!
I had a stray cat make it’s way in my house and it hid quietly for days, I finally heard it and called DCAC, fastest service you could wish for. Officer Jackson came and put my mind at ease that it would be no problem, he lovingly but firmly caught the cat in an instant. He also filled my children in on how they would handle the cat after. Delaware County Animal Control was great for the second time! My beloved pal, Cooper passed and I called for his body to be picked up.
