This is by far an away the worst medical practice I have ever been to. The receptionists are unusually unhelpful and sadly it is clear that they enjoy being as awkward and pedantic as possible . They are confrontational for no reason and make a simple visit to renew a prescription or make an appointment a painful experience. Why? Why be so rude unkind to people? They should be ashamed of themselves. These comments are not based upon a single visit nor are they based on being busy because of coronavirus. Rather, they are based on almost a decade of experience of this practice. I urge the management to read this and the other reviews and do something about it. If this was a business it would have rightly gone bust years ago.

I came here today to register after going through an awful experience at another medical centre. I was given the paperwork straightaway and was spoken to in a polite and professional manner. The blonde receptionist was super lovely and when I explained why I needed an urgent appointment with a GP, she said even though it takes 24 hrs for my details to be entered, she would arrange a telephone consultation with a GP for me the next day. This has already been scheduled and I feel so much better and calmer as a result. I don’t know the name of the receptionist who dealt with me but she was very helpful and understanding which I really appreciate. Thank you very much :)

Whilst I am fortunate in seldom having to visit the medical centre when I do I always find the receptionists, nurses and doctors helpful.

Awful GP surgery. The receptionists are so entitled, and lie to get you off the phone. Told the local pharmacy about the advice they gave and they laughed in my face. Absolutely disgusting. During Covid times they still use the self service check in which is full of germs and the hand sanitizer is always empty. The receptionists just sit around talking 90% of the time, talking about inappropriate things. Disgusting service, they’re a disgrace to the NHS.

This is by far the worst gp I have dealt with, I have been in agony for around two months and the doctors here at deer park are not even taking my case into consideration. They have referred me to the nhs as not even an urgent matter when I have been off from work for ages they have diagnosed me with three different illnesses in the past three to four weeks which the medication doesn’t even help the pain one bit. I am in agony and this gp practice has been the least helpful. If I could give lower than a one star I really would. The practice has been appalling ever since dr gharian has left the surgery. Absolutely rubbish service to say they're here to help. They have only made my life more difficult and stressful. Over the past four weeks I’d say the medications I have been taking have given me 0 help . Utterly Ridiculous.
