Apologies for the slow response. Over the last 15 years we have had Cytech come out and perform preventive maintenance and resolve issues along the way with the idea of replacing the entire HVAC system when due. With Kyle leading the way, different proposals were presented which include types of units and different payment options that best meet our needs. Kyle’s approach was very detailed without overselling. Also, his response when we had questions was very timely. Beware when you call this company for an estimate. I requested Cytech to evaluate my office AC system , tech came to the office and took a quick look , left without talking to me or provided a reasonable solution or an estimate. Of course I received a bill 2 weeks later, supposedly the tech was inspecting my small office for 2 hrs.
