Phoenix Air Conditioning has been to our house a couple of times, once for a repair and another for maintenance. We were happy to see the same serviceman both times. Spencer was polite, professional and punctual. The appointment had a 4 hour window but we got a call from the company when Spencer was 45 minutes away which we greatly appreciated. Spencer made suggestions for improvements but was not a push salesman. He provided good information and very good service. We look forward to continued good service.

You can't go wrong with them . Trust me I use another ac company service before Phoenix and those guys were try to charge me a leg for the same services Phoenix would give at a better price for. Things are lookin out! Had my winter time maintenance service done today. This young guy by the name of Joe C. came out and let me tell you, he knew his stuff! He was very professional, knowledgeable and just a nice guy. He was also honest. All that is hard to come by now a days. He followed CDC safety procedures and cleaned up after himself. I’ve dealt with many companies who have done work for me and many of the times the work was not done correctly or the quality was not what it should be. Joe is a pro. He went over the work that he was doing and had pointed out a leak on my coil which was very tough to see but sure enough my coil is in bad shape, it needs to be replaced. Keep up the good work Joe and keep honest and be safe. I would recommend Phoenix air conditioning to anybody!
