Their customer service on the front half (owner and his wife) are awesome! If it was just them I had dealt with I would be very happy. But the mechanics were complete D... Bags. Finished changing my tires and took it for a test drive and gives me the keys and "GOOD LUCK". Way to instill confidence in your work. Will be going back to a different shop in Prescott. Bottom line: Great people to buy parts from, just don't deal with the mechanics.

Great service from the staff up front to the mechanics in back. Took my R6 in for an electrical issue they fixed it and did a great job on a all bike tune-up. Best of all it only took a couple of days! Will definitely use them again!
I own Prescott Small Engine and have been doing business with bill over there for a long time. they have always been there foe everything i have ever needed. they are good reliable people. Thank you for every thing.
These guys are awesome I would recommend them a thousand times over. I went here to get my banshee jetted and they mad it run better then new
I am a "flipper" and depend on Cycle Zone to get my bikes ready for sale while I look for other "bargains". I feel confident they will do a good job and prove my point by telling the "buyer" "This bike has just been rebuilt by Cycle Zone". Nuff said! (Oh...and Lena is "Easy on the eyes")...Bill....not so much.
I have been dealing with Cycle Zone for the past 2 years. They have done alot of work on my boat and now working on my 4 wheeler. Lenna and Bill are awsome people and always there to help me and answer any questions i may have. The guys in the back are also great guys and do great work.. Customer for life.. Thanks Brian Walker

The owner is a great guy and is a hands on lets get is done now type. He is not out to make a killing and never over charges. I bike occasional and I'll keep going back here.
