It's not so much I had a bad experience with employees working there. Although one of the busses full of passengers to board the cruise ship cut me off. I had a driving service. I came here a couple times. Basically the problem is the location. SF has a whole heck of a lot going on. The whole process of waiting for picking up passengers after they get off the cruise ship is VERY LONG..don't get me wrong, I know they CAN NOT rush the process. I just wish they had a bigger space. If I ever do start my driving service, I have NO PLANS to ever drive people here and back, ever again.

Excellently located and modern terminal building. Friendly staff, amazing views of bay bridge and skyline as well as many transport links nearby.
My first time going on a cruise; getting used to it.
Poor terminal. Bullying of ships crew by customs & border patrol in not letting people off with cash or a laptop
