The doctors are doctors but the office staff have zero work ethic, no initiative to get up and work

I have been at the surgery for over 30 years and I do not ever remember dealing with doctors or nurses who were not caring. I always feel safe, especially with Dr Pambakian and Dr Bull as I have known them for such a long time. The admin staff is normally busy and we have to accept that, sometimes, things might take a bit longer (even though I have been impatient once before and I now wish I had not). I think we are very lucky to have the Crown Street Surgery on our doorstep.
Not my usual practice, but I had a fantastic experience! So glad I asked my GP to refer me here! I've even thought about moving here, for my main GP practice! I had minor surgery, to remove an armpit cyst with Dr Sarah Bull! She has to be the most nicest Dr ever! I was very nervous but she made me feel so comfortable, by talking me through the procedure as well as talking to me about life in general! She even apologized for injecting me with anesthetic and causing me pain with it! I've never had a Dr do this before! I found her so caring and compassionate and she did a fantastic job of my surgery! I've barely got a scar! She even sent my cyst off for testing and the test results came back very quickly. Then Natasha Kola did a very careful fantastic job of removing my stitches, after a few days! I highly recommended this surgery and all the medical professionals here!
I have been with this surgery for 23 years now and the way the receptionists speak and deal with matters is appalling. A few years ago, the receptionists were very kind and actually dealt with issues efficiently. However, recently, I have had to call numerous times to sort small issues as messages have not been relayed properly to doctors and causing delays in receiving medication. I have had receptionists talk to me in a rude manner in many occasions.
The doctors here are all excellent but a very special thanks to Dr Shah who has the most competence, knowledge and beside manner of any doctor I have ever Met. I have been with this surgery most of my life and I happy to say that the new doctors are also of a very high standard and have answered all my queries in timely fashion through the covid situation. Well done Crown Street Surgery.
