Great service, I dropped off my car the night prior for inspection of vibration in the front end at highway speeds. First thing in the morning I received a call to verify what I was experiencing with my car. The call was followed by a text message with a link to track the progress and status of my repair diagnosis. A little bit later I received another text with a link to the complete diagnosis and recommended repairs needed. From there I was able to approve my repairs and weather or not I wanted any of the additional recommended repairs done or not at this time. After all of the approved repairs were completed I received a phone call with the total cost and informed that my car was ready for pickup. Excellent service.

Best car buying experience ever! The whole staff was awesome and made the experience easy and pressure free. My salesperson, Isa, was super helpful and great to work with and the manager, Huntley, went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the experience. Great experience in service department. The only issue was, when they asked if we needed the courtesy shuttle for our 1 mile back to work, of course I said yes. Once the bill came I realized I was charged 12 each way. I just wish the charges would have been stated up front

These guys were fantastic!! First, let me say that we've purchased a couple cars within the past few years in NC, one from Bill Black and another from Labonte. The experience at Crown in purchasing our Jeep Wrangler has been extremely memorable and helpful. We started off with our salesman Kevin, then talked with Juan, and ended with Mo over in finance. This trio were fantastic. I cannot say enough complimentary things about them. We were there for quite some time (5 hours) and we had our daughter with us, and they were so accommodating to her - bringing her pizza and snacks. They went above and beyond to be friendly with not only me and my husband, but our daughter as well. We really appreciated the effort they made. They were great with dealing with the financial aspects of purchasing our Jeep. Kevin was able to show us the car in our price range. Juan was able to get a great deal, including (but not limited to) BUMPER TO BUMPER COVERAGE for the duration of our financing. He really pushed through, while also being direct and honest with us. Mo finished the deal with having us sign all the paperwork and he was great! The whole team earned our business now and whenever we buy another vehicle. I am so glad we found a dealer we can happily and successfully work with!! Until next time....
