Tarrable customer service no one nows how to do there job and your Representatives are very inpatient and don't listen to no one horrible. You better listen to your customers if you hope keep in service because you guys at credit union west are bye far the worst and unprofessional. The lady Amanda needs to re,trained because she doesn't now what the hell she's doing better yet most of your tellers need to be retrained bad excuse for a credit union.

I've been using credit Union West for over two years now I have had only good luck with credit Union West my car loan is through credit Union West can I have taken out several personal loans through credit Union West also my credit cards are through credit Union and I love their banking app
