I opened a Secure Plus Checking Account last Friday with the CUTX on Ross Ave. Downtown Dallas. The Customer Service Provided as soon as I walked in the Door was Simply the Best I had with a Local Bank in Dallas. Mr. Jonathan Lopez has been very Down to Earth and Professional with getting me Set up with the right Accounts which fits my needs. I can totally Recommend this Bank to other's

Waited in line for over 10 minutes to speak to a teller while other employees were standing around seemingly doing nothing, only to be denied a roll of quarters for the cash I brought in simply because I am not an account holder there. I would never an open an account here due to this policy. I’ll stick my super nice a helpful credit union!

There are to many opportunities to save your money at hundreds of banking facilities. Having to go through a \National Security Clearance\ application process to open a savings account; that's me giving you my money is absolutely unnecessary in today's time. Keep looking! There are many who positioned to better serve you!

Worst place. Don’t apply here for anything. I was told they would call me back, they never did I had to call them multiple times about my loan just to find out they declined me. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Ouch- since when do you get greeted in the lobby of a banking establishment by an employee in jeans and flip flops?? Does not align with the CUTX service and reputation. I am here to invest some money and this image makes me think twice. Also, another representative who is taking customers into his cubicle/office area is not wearing a mask. C’mon Ross Ave in Dallas branch- time to step it up. This is way beyond ‘casual Friday’. Great service is there, now look the part.
