Avoid this credit union. I scheduled a credit card payoff payment online to be paid on the due date before leaving for the summer. We did not have internet service for the summer and when we got back, we found out they credited the payment two days after it was scheduled and added 3 months of late charges. When I called, they were hateful and arrogant. We were a long-time customer but we decided to close our accounts to prevent this from happening again. For retribution they put a late payment hit on both of our credit reports which dropped our near perfect score about 50 points. There is no excuse for this.

The office is closed without an appointment. I understand. But they only have one drive thru lane open and it's taking 12 minutes per car Brutal ‼️

Horrible experience. I normally prefer credit unions but steer clear of Credit Union West. I was charged 7 overdraft fees when I still had 1000 in the bank. They couldn’t explain it and acted like refunding only 3 of the overdrafts was a favor to me. I moved all my finances to a competitor. . . Also they wouldn’t let me in the building to speak to them. Manager only said that the transactions were correct over the speaker in the drive through. I have the printout of all the overdrafts and the positive balances that were associated. They used this fake epidemic as an opportunity to not have customer service. time to open back up and support small businesses that are open to good service. No More Masks.

Worst customer service ever,have called 3 times today after holding for 15-20 minutes each time,each person I have spoken to has promised to email me my statement so I can pay them off through escrow and 8 hours later still don't have!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
