I need to have a Blood Pressure Unit, because my previous unit had failed after 9 years I bought a new one from Lloyds, Cramlington. After a very short time the BP unit stopped working. However at the time being 90 years old and having several pre existing conditions I was shielding so could not get to the shop. I contacted them for advise and received an acknowlegement of my E mail saying they would contact me later due to the current virus restrictions. No further contact from them I sent a further E mail same reply pre printed excuses. NO ATTEMPT MADE BY Lloyds to assist me over a unit which I really needed. I award them 1 star for the way in which they grabbed my payment, but nil for their subsequent actions.

They had what I needed but wasn't amused when the lad behind the counter laughed when I told him what was wrong. Often left waiting for a long time without being acknowledged by staff. It really wouldn't hurt to be told how long you're likely to be, rather than ignoring us.
