If I could leave no stars I would. Our household had a terrible experience with this company today and we will never buy from them again. We were screamed at on the phone by two separate employees and told the driver will not deliver us the gas we had ALREADY PAID FOR because he didn't want to pass a dumpster on our property, even though he refused to come up the drive to even look at the driving space, and many large delivery trucks have made the drive just fine. After a long back and forth with a supervisor interrupting and yelling, she finally told us the issue was ultimately the bridge on our property, and that they don't want to drive the truck over it in \these weather conditions\. They knew about both the weather and the bridge before they took our money, and the weather is the exact reason we need a propane fill. They refused to try to solve the problem, took our money knowing about the \problem\, and were incredibly hostile from the start. Now we have no propane, we're going on our second day with no heat or hot water or stove, still waiting on a refund, with more bad weather coming. Absolutely awful company.

Of all the businesses you'll need to deal with in running a household County Gas is the most pleasant and competent you'll encounter. I have been genuinely pleased by every interaction I've had with this company. Hard working, prompt, competent, and a great value for residential propane.

Went here to get a forty pound and a thirty pound tank filled. The forty only filled about half way so i was only charged for the thirty pound tank. Also staff were very friendly and the prices for the tank fills were less than im used to.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!. Crooks, that will rip you off! They won't buy back your propane if you stop with their service, no matter how full hour tank is. So even though you have paid for it, their not refunding any of your money. They just rip you off , sell it again to the next guy..double dipping crooks!
