Got our receipt at 6:31, got our order at 6:56. Ordered all dark which verified with receipt but got 3 breast and a wing. Asked for Hot Sauce but got none. They were extremely busy but you'd expect that on a Friday night. Maybe a staffing issue do to Covid, who knows.

I’ve tried giving this location another try but they just can’t seam to get a simple order right. Definitely not going back to this location for the foreseeable future. Wouldn’t recommend.
Went to get dinner at the Saratoga location. The line had 5 cars ahead of me and it went fast. Didn't expect that for a Friday night. The food was good and i was happy with the service.
I ordered the shrimp special promotion they have right now with side and a biscuit. The shrimp wasn't a golden color like it should be, it was more like a dark brownish color. I ate 2 of those and that was it for me. It didn't taste fresh, it tasted like maybe the oil needed to be changed or it had probably been sitting there for a while. I just ate the onion rings and the biscuit and threw away the shrimp. The restaurant is not close to my house so I just didn't want to bother wasting my time and gas.
