Branden, Darryl and the rest of the team at Apex were fantastic to work with! Extremely efficient, punctual, and worked really well with our other trades! Apex were able to assist us with the splitting of approximately 10 large boulders found during the renovation of a multifamily building in downtown Vancouver. Apex was extremely understanding of the constraints of this particular project; working on a heritage building in confined spaces and close quarters! Thanks for all the help Apex! As a long time contractor and Civil engineer I was very impressed with both the knowledge and customer service of Brendan at Apex. I have used expanding grout in the past to break rock but found Apex’s product to be particularly effective even with minimal holes drilled. Also noteworthy, was Apex’s advanced drill bit which we found drilled more quickly with minimal binding and no noticeable wear after 20 feet of drilling 1.5” holes.I highly recommend

Great service and adaptable pricing. The knowledge and experience offered at this place was far beyond my expectations. I couldn't find a better price on the drill I needed for my concrete steps, not to mention they had these splitters to go with the rental that just broke it all up so quickly. These guys really know their stuff. I called to get advice on a few boulders in my backyard. They not only gave me great advice but also gave me multiple different ways to do it within my budget. They offered to come and help or teach me how to do it myself. I went with an expanding grout they developed themselves called "NexPro." With the incredibly detailed instructions they gave me, I was able to break all of them up in 2 days. Not only that but I called in a few times for questions along the way and they made time to help me every time I called in. HIGHLY recommend NexPro and the service at Apex was phenomenal.

3 words Dishonest Deceptive Beware I was looking for Dexpan grout to help prebreak a heavily reinforced concrete slab that was giving me a hassle. When I called they told me they carried it, but once we got talking the product they actually sell is something they developed and import themselves from China. I want the name brand reliable stuff my buddy recommended. When pressed, owner Denis got defensive and overly critical of competition, his entire tone, pushy sales pitch turned me off and lost me as a potential customer. Dexpan here I come.
