Arrived on time but had to stand at the door for five minutes before being invited in. Showed to our seats and given menus, although I said we were here for the Christmas lunch, and waited for fifteen minutes before anyone came back to offer us a drink and take the order. There was perhaps five tables occupied so not busy and most had been served already. The meal arrived and could have been hotter but it was tasty and value for money. Little things need improving really and the experience would be four star.

This is a lovely, generally uncrowded. garden centre and the staff are very helpful and polite. The prices are really incredibly high on certain items, although generally the quality of the plants is very good indeed. I would have loved to have bought a large Fern, the other day, but at 44.99, it was a little outside my budget, especially for something which was a standard Dryopteris. I would award five stars, but I have with-held one, because every time I have tried to telephone, no-one answers my call! Nonetheless, it is well worth a visit, as I have do, over the past years, and will continue to do so, and I don't hesitate to recommend you.

Really nice place to go if you have a spare hour, not too many plants at the moment, looking forward to a spring / summer visit, very nice young man carried my garden ornament to the car.

What a great find, we had a walk around the area as our car needed some work and was surprised by this lovely garden centre. Worth a visit.
