What an amazing experience! Antonio's passion for food and for Lanzarote makes the tapas workshop much more than just a cooking class. Ingredients used are local & organic (herbs and chillis from Antonio and Veronique's garden!). The course is very much hands on and recipes are simple but sooo tasty. Ideal for beginners and food lovers. Highly recommended!
I spent an afternoon doing a Thai cooking course with Antonio, I have already cooked Thai food and I did a Thai cookery course in Thailand, but this was so much better, I learned so much about Thai food and cooking in general as well as learning more about Lanzarote and growing herbs here. As well as learning a lot the afternoon was great fun, Antonio is an absolute gentleman, can’t recommend this place enough for either tourists visiting Lanzarote or residents.
Highly enjoyable experience and in Antonio an excellent teacher , patient to explain and just excited as you to have it taste good. We did the Spanish classics , the Galician cream with milk and corn flour easy and would looked good at any dinner party. The squid ink rice , a joy , again easy to assemble and cook . Three hours whizzed by. The vegan Indian cooking course next for me , let alone Joao Farraco from Cocenro cooking. Going to run out of days .
