The service department is incredibly slow. Took 11 business days to do a total of 9 hours or less worth of work. I could have easily done this myself if not for warranty but found out they wouldn't cover the repairs. The service writer was awesome she kept in constant contact. Personally this is my last GM vehicle ever. They don't stand by their products or manufacturing defects. Not to mention the parts department has ordered the wrong parts everytime even with the provided VIN.

When my brake light on my Malibu broke, Connell was going to charge me 70 to fix it!! Easily went to an auto parts store and purchased the light for 6. Installled the light myself....saved 65.
