Amazing service and staff. Had an appointment on a busy Saturday, and I was in and out in an hour. Wasn't even charged for the patch job on my two tires. Will give them my business from now on when it comes to any auto need.

Needed 4 new tires asap....they didnt have what I wanted in stock so they ordered them. They called later in the day, the tires were in and could fit me in that day. The guys at the front desk Cory, I believe, and Mike?? were so nice and friendly! The wait was short and very comfortable. The shop was pretty busy which was real nice to see during these tough times! I told them this place runs like a well oiled machine! Such amazing customer service! I will definatly recommend and return to this shop! By the way, the new tires are awesome! Keep up the great work guys!

Had an alignment done (awhile back but updating) except they did not adjust the camber, which is part of the alignment. The phrase goes \Set the toe and collect the dough\. Their top tech claimed the camber was \maxed out and hitting the frame\, and recommended a new tie rod end (which has NOTHING to due with the camber adjustment whatsoever). He claims to have adjusted it, even after my mechanic and I confirmed less than an hour later no one had even touched the camber adjustment bolts on the Upper control arm. (Picture will be attached as my profile picture). Consider in the photo and whether you believe the bolt and nut had been adjusted, given the amount of rust on the bolt. Keep in mind the photo was taken about 2 hours after the alignment was done. The alignment sheet, which shows the initial camber at -1.2 and after at -1.3, which is worse, indicating literally nothing was done. When I offered to have it brought back and redone, they indicated it would be easier to just have a refund returned to me of the work done (89.95), which may be the only redeeming feature. If an owner or manager at Melvin Tire would reach out to me I would be willing to provide more details if needed. Edit google will not let me show photos, so if you want to see the picture it will be my profile picture on google

The best prices in town for tires. Affordable friendly service. Would recommend to a friend or if you’re new to the area.

Great place for auto service. They have nitrogen to put into tires so they don't get flat in winter.
