I was very impressed with the people I encountered today at the Conlon Eye Institute. First the lovely reception lady who assured me everyone is nervous but I would be well taken care of. Josh and Ashley my nurse were very helpful putting me at ease. Thank you Josh for our conversation while we were waiting for the meds to start working. Dr. Conlon was very reassuring through the procedure, he makes it very easy to trust him. Many thanks Dr. Conlon. Nurse Ashley, your calming ways were a tremendous help and thank you for the explicit instructions both from you and Josh. A very good experience with a great bunch of people. I just had a procedure at the Conlon Eye Institute and I was so impressed with the organization of their office. First you meet two lovely receptionists who are warm and welcoming. Next a friendly lady who tests your eyes and a happy man who took pictures of my eyes. Dr. Conlon has a kind personality and very clearly explained the procedure. When I returned for the procedure, Ashley and Josh were his excellent assistants. Such an efficient and helpful group! We are very blessed to have this quality of care in Saskatchewan!

Wait times were short, the processes for each phase of the procedure was explained and confirmed that I understood. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Having worn contact lenses for 13 years and LASIK eye surgery fingers and objects around my eyes don’t bother me. The process today was quick and painless. Some minor bruising the next morning but less than I was told to expect so all in all it was a positive experience dealing with Dr. Conlon, Ashley, and all the other staff. Thank you.

I had a blocked tear duct down last Thursday. Atmosphere was relaxing and the staff are very friendly and professional which makes appointments a lot easier in life. The doctor did a great job and it is healing very nicely. I would recommend Dr. Conlon in a heart beat. He is so kind and relaxed. Didn’t hurt at all. Thank you all!!!

I just had my third procedure done with Dr. Conlon and his crew, and I am always impressed by how wonderful the entire staff is there. During every surgery, they made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. They spoke encouraging words when the procedure was at a more “intrusive” part and I appreciated that. I can honestly say that I was able to somewhat enjoy a not so very enjoyable procedure at the Conlon Eye Institute!
