Just returned from the area after a house purchase, and this was our first visit to Capveto, Confolens which will now be our local vets. All the staff were amazing. So helpful. Our french is quite weak currently whilst we continue lessons but all the staff spoke very good english. I had so much confidence with the vet, and even our dog took his tablets straight from the vet, when normally he would play up so he was also comfortable. Thank you to all the staff and see you soon

Good caring vets, fair range of over the counter products along with those requiring a prescription. Some English spoken, but use your French it will be appreciated (and will help you grow your own language skills). Usual veterinarian prices. We found that immediately after lunch is a quiet time if you have a fretful dog, ours is blind so helps if there's not too much distractions.
