As a consumer who is an introvert and don’t usually like to deal with salespersons: I worked with Nate Allen. I had a clear vision of what i wanted and didn’t want to play around. I am a consumer who knows what I want and do not like to get played. I called Nate and over the phone i gave the budget and he said to come in and he will get it to me. I came in wanting to confirm the budget and he was pushing us to test drive the car although i came to confirm the car price. After arguing back and forth, and the salesperson luring us to see the car. He finally stopped pushing and started to discuss the budget. In conclusion, the salesperson confirmed he is not able to reach my budget which is reasonable answer. What bothers consumers is that we call in advance get told lies to lure us in, then waste our time trying to sell a car that is not agreed budget. Next time, we appreciate straight up honesty and clarity. If you are looking for honest answers and straight to the point sales, you will not find it here.

After waiting two hours and paying 180 for an scheduled service, including tire rotation, and requesting explicitly to check the tires pressure, I find that after the service the tires pressure were the same than before (picture) even after receiving a paper with a checklist saying it was set to 35 for each tire. After returning to the place, they apologized and fixed the tire pressure. Now the car panel shows 36 for each tire. Wen asking how I can be sure that the rotation was properly done (since the same right front tire was over inflated before and after service) the only answer was an apology. Update 2: Removed previous update. Removed the trust comments. Modified the comment to only state the facts. I expect they don't feel this too harsh. Still, it was NOT a good feeling leaving the place with not reassurance about the service, and still worse receiving an defensive answer to this review, instead of a request for more information about my experience to make sure this does not happen again.

They were always really kind when I went in. One time I scheduled an appointment because I thought something was wrong with my steering wheel. They looked over it and couldn’t duplicate the problem, nor did anything seem wrong to them, so they didn’t even charge me. Superb service.

We worked with Jared who helped us find what we wanted (it was our first Hyundai), answered our questions during test drives, and worked with us to get the best deal. He went out of his way to make it a positive, low-stress experience for us. We never felt pressured by him or the rest of the sales staff. He also took care of getting some detail work done on the car as part of our deal.
