Service department was excellent. Autumn was very professional and pleasant. Best staff you can get. The service department did not try to sell me stuff that I did not need which was nice knowing they were very honest. The salesman there were very relaxed. It was very nice looking at vehicles with no sales pressure. I will definitely consider them 1st when I go to purchase a new vehicle.

I received a call yesterday from Arvin, telling me I was approved to come on in. I was excited, but I’m also in the process of moving so they were accommodating (I need to make that very clear) BUT something told me to go in ASAP. So I did, and well... thank you to Arvin, Ryan as well as Gavin. Oh and Gavin... one of theee most amazing sales people I’ve ever met. I kid you not, I’ve never felt more “at home” in a place like this... From the communication to the suggestions (since we just moved)... it was so kind and truly appreciated! I couldn’t be happier, not only with this beauty, but the amazing customer service. I’ve never really felt so comfortable and welcomed in a dealership. I’ll definitely can’t wait to tell all my family, friends, and coworkers about them!

Buying here was really easy and comfortable. I knew the car I wanted, and that's the car I bought. There were no bait and switch games where there fabulous internet deal ad just sold. That happened to me at three other dealerships, but not at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I would definitely buy there again-probably will sometime in the future.

Very kind service department. However, repeated service visits do not resolve issues...presented evidence, but cannot re-recreate the issue. Car was returned with further damage, best to only visit here with damaged vehicles.

Nice, clean dealership. My salesperson Sam Cochrane was wonderful to work with. Everyone else I came in contact was also very nice. Leased a Hyundai Tucson and I'm totally enjoying my new ride.
