Clock repaired, overhauled and returned fully working and keeping good time. I felt that Bruce had the experience, knowledge and skill to do the work to a high standard and I am pleased with the service I received.

What a fantastic place, I must say their art is dying with the technological age but these guys are the real deal, not a mobile/watch replacement battery service which seemingly are popping up everywhere. Took my Grandads broken (made in early 1900) pocket watch, they had a look around worked out a quote and then gave me an ETA, I called up later expecting an answer if they’d be able to fix it or not and was told it was already fixed and ready to go! The final sum was in the quote and I even got a free tin of biscuits, fantastic craftsmanship. Bedford is lucky to have them both. Strongly recommend them, could be best in the country!
I took my tag watch to timpsons at tesco cardington Road to request a replacement battery (that's all), the guy quoted me 130.00 to send it away or 80.00 to be done in house. I called clock wise for the same to be done, it was done in house, cleaned and resealed as it is waterproof for 20.00. Exceptional experience, will highly recommend them.

Bruce was wonderful! Extremely responsive by phone and email, easy pickup of our grandfather clock, lots of communication while it was undergoing evaluation and repair, and quick drop off with detailed instructions and helpful advice. We highly recommend Clock Wise!
