Matt lovingly and expertly restored my partner's Rolex (as a surprise wedding gift for my husband-to-be). It is so refreshing to do business with people who deliver on their word with professionalism and courtesy. Matt went above and beyond to ensure the watch was repaired within budget. It now looks like new. He has even supplied all the before and after pictures and itemised out what work has been done. I recommend this company 100%.
This shop is a little gem. Going in there is more of an enjoyable experience than a necessity. Matthew is extremely knowledgeable about watches and clocks. I took my grandmothers clock in to be restored. He told us all about its history, who made it, where it was from, fascinating! He also told us very useful information like we didn't have it insured for enough as well :o. He restored the clock within the time frame he gave us. He was also happy to update us on progress when we called to see how things were going and when only given the job number could recall the exact clock and all the repairs and orders made so far. My grandmother was over the moon as it was a gift from her late husband and hadn't been working for some time! While collecting the clock we also gave in watch to be serviced, the quote was the cheapest we have found by far. I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew again. Claire Broadbent
