Cleopatra Needle in London, . We can find the only spink statue in the city. Great design, realy beautiful. There is an Obelisk beside the monument. You can reach the site from Embankment tube station or waterloo station via Jubilee Bridge. A stunning view with river Thames's ambience. Hidden gems in London !

I've had the great honor of visiting both Cleopatra's Needles within a six month period. There is one in New York City, within Central Park, near The Met and of course, this one in London, along the River Thames. Their age is over 3,000 years old, which is amazing! Both obelisks are over 60 feet tall, weigh over 200 tons, and are displayed magnificently by their host cities. I only hope King Thutmose III approves - I certainly do. By the way, there is a third Cleopatra's Needle in Paris, France for a total of three, but was gifted from a different temple complex in Egypt.

Underrated, amazing obelisk. The Sphinx have damage from WW1/shrapnel if you look close enough.
